Dr. F. Sehkar Fayda-Kinik

Dr. F. Sehkar Fayda-Kinik is a lecturer and researcher at Istanbul Technical University, Turkiye, where she has taught undergraduate students and conducted research since 2009. She holds an MA and a PhD in Educational Administration and Supervision and completed her doctoral studies at Marmara University in 2019. Her research spans educational leadership and management, higher education, knowledge management, teacher education and professional development, digital transformation and artificial intelligence in education, comparative education, and sustainable development. She has published in international peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes and has contributed to several international and European-funded educational projects. Her recent work has focused on how digital transformation and artificial intelligence are reshaping educational practice and leadership. She maintains active international collaborations in educational research. Dr. Fayda-Kinik is a member of the International Study Association on Teachers and Teaching (ISATT), the British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS), and the Association of Educational Administrators and Educational Supervisors (EYEDDER).
